The next Winter Olympics may not be for another two years, but one event is bringing world class Canadian figure skating to Medicine Hat this fall. Rock the Rink is a dynamic skating show that will tour Canada, making a stop at the Canalta Centre on October 19^th. 
 
Virtue and Moir. Stojko. Chan. These are the names that make up Canadian figure skating royalty. These talented skaters have graced the Olympic podium and taken home countless awards at national and international skate competitions worldwide. This October, you can watch them take the ice live in this vibrant showcase of one of the most entertaining spectator sports. Rock the Rink takes the art and sport of figure skating to the next level with a spectacular audiovisual show. Get ready to experience the magic of figure skating in a whole new way! 
 
These figure skating stars will be joined by Toronto alternative rock ground Birds of Bellwoods. Their blend of alternative, folk and pop sounds has garnered them fans across Canada. They will be bringing their rousing live show across the country this fall on a tour with Rock the Rink. 
 
That’s not all the Canalta Centre has to offer this fall. In addition to Rock the Rink, the centre will also be hosting shows by country legends Rascal Flatts on October 24^thand rockers the Offspring with Sum 41 on November 21^st.
