There’s no better way of getting into the holiday spirit than sipping on some hot cocoa while browsing homemade trinkets and crafts made by the locals of Medicine Hat. The annual Heritage Christmas Market is here once again to bring together the hard work and artistry of many local artists.
Whether you’re still in need of last minute gifts for loved ones or need to enhance your stocking stuffers, Heritage Christmas Market is the place to be! You’ll find clothing, artwork, ceramic and glass crafts, trinkets and much more. The best part is: it’s all handcrafted, so whoever you give it to will know their gift is one of a kind! Proceeds go towards supporting our local, talented artists who put their hard work and dedication into every piece they sell.
Medalta Museum will be open free of charge during the Heritage Christmas Market, happening December 7th from 4-9pm and December 8th from 10 am- 4 pm. This is a perfect opportunity to learn and explore Medicine Hat’s historic sites and Industrial Museum. You’ll find delicious food trucks and hot beverage stands throughout the marketplace along with a kids activities area. There is no entrance fee to enjoy the Christmas Market and all ages are welcome to enjoy.
